In LUCY you can set a delay for the automated awareness email. This setting will ensure, that people within the same office will not all be informed immediately that a phishing simulation took place. In order to enable this delay, you need to first click on "Send Link to Awareness Website Automatically" within the scenario settings. A second menu will open that allows you to specify the delay in number of seconds:
