# Risiko-Score

## Einführung

Jeder [Endbenutzer](/lucy-wiki-de/anwendungsreferenz/benutzer/endbenutzer.md) hat einen eigenen Risikowert basierend auf der Anzahl der Angriffe, die ihnen gesendet wurden, und der Anzahl der Angriffe, bei denen sie versagt haben. Diese Reputationsstufe kann in Kampagnen genutzt werden, um Empfängern basierend auf ihrem Risikowert bestimmte Angriffe und Schulungen zu senden.

Die Formel zur Bestimmung des Risikowerts lautet:

```
(1 - Anzahl der fehlgeschlagenen Angriffe / Anzahl der gesendeten Angriffe) x 100
```

Diese Zahl wird dann im Benutzerportal zusammen mit ihrer Reputationsstufe als Prozentsatz angezeigt:

## Benutzerdefinierte Bereiche

Schwellenwerte für die Reputationsstufen können von Lucy-Administratoren unter **Benutzer > Risikowert**:

Die oben gezeigten Stufen sind die Standardkonfiguration. Administratoren können Stufen nach Bedarf hinzufügen oder entfernen und die Bewertung sowie die Mindestanzahl an Angriffen festlegen, die erforderlich ist, um diese Stufe zu erreichen.&#x20;
