# Missbrauchsmeldungen

### Einführung

LUCY kann verdächtige E-Mails zur weiteren Untersuchung an den Missbrauchskontakt Ihrer Organisation weiterleiten. Auf der Missbrauch-Seite können Sie eine Vorlage für diese E-Mails definieren.

Für diese E-Mail-Vorlage stehen drei Variablen zur Verfügung:

1. **%domain%** - der Domainname oder die IP-Adresse des Absenders der E-Mail.
2. **%email%** - die E-Mail-Adresse des Absenders.
3. **%time%** - der Sendezeitpunkt der gemeldeten E-Mail.

### Wie Berichte gesendet werden

Verdächtige E-Mails können direkt vom Dashboard für Vorfälle an Ihren Missbrauchskontakt weitergeleitet werden. Klicken Sie einfach auf das Symbol "Senden" neben einem beliebigen Vorfall, um ihn zu melden:
