Test Email

Introduction

The Test Email feature allows users to verify the functionality of their email settings. This test ensures that emails can be sent and received correctly through the system.

Navigate to Support -> System Tests -> Test Email

1. Sender Email: Enter the email address from which the test email will be sent.

2. Target Email: Enter the email address to which the test email will be sent.

Both fields are required.

You can define an external email relay in the settings if needed.

After entering the required information, click Send to initiate the test email.
